May 20, 2010 To whom it may concern, This letter is about the terrific Real Estate services we received from Kimi Robertson. She is an agent at Jace the Real Estate co. located in Port Angeles WA. We were in the market for an affordable place to use as a home base while we traveled around, we are retired and still had to have someplace to call home and store all our stuff. She was so helpful and extremely professional during our transaction, she even went out of her way to make sure we were settled in ok after we closed the deal. The purchase price was small but she treated it like it was a million dollars. 11/29/09 Dear Mrs. Robertson: My wife, Katie, and I really enjoyed your realtor expertise in selecting our dream home. Never to forget the first day I arrived on July 26th and you had 15 homes to show me! That was just the start, as about 60 homes later my wife and I selected our present home. Kimi worked hard to allow my wife, in another state, to physically visit our home to give her approval before flying home. When my wife saw the top five houses we selected, the inspection was the next step. Kimi arranged with Tyler, the inspector, to meet the very next say. Being our realtor she had to make countless call such as the water and power to be turned on for the inspection. After the offer was made, she tirelessly joined forces with Jeff, my loan officer, and the escrow company to arrange financing for our home. In addition to her outstanding realty profession, she provided me with a handyman all the way down to a window washer to make improvements to our home. There was a lot of fixing up to be done to our establishment. Every suggested detail person was outstanding and really made our home look gorgeous. Not only that, I sold my car and Kimi was nice enough to help me with my errands around town. She drove me to all the homes.
